Marked by a magic anomaly that results in there being no functional gravity except for at the start of the stratosphere and 10 meters below sea level. The buildings are shaped like bubbles with strings tying them together like balloons. Each building is made to alternate between a positive and negative magnetic charge in sync in order to stop them from crashing into each other or drifting too far outside of the anomaly.
